1. 여자 목소리가 없다 RA 연습할때 여자목소리가 있으면 좋겠다는 생각을 했어요
RA 강의 올려진거 듣고 지미쌤 목소리로 RA 쉐도잉 따라했거든요 RA 강의 처음 시작할때 지미쌤이 읽어주시는것처럼 여자목소리 풀버전도 하나있었음 좋겠어요
좋았던 점
1. 카더라 정보말고 진짜 찐정보가 나온다 (쌤이 시험에 몇천불 태웠구나 생각도 들었던..)
ex) RL, DL 플루언시 중요도 XXX, 익텐은 적어도 XX초 넘어야함.

PTE 제이슨카페가면 DL, RL 플루언시가 젤 중요하다 끊기면 안된다
RA는 못하면 제일 쉬운단어 몇개골라서 한줄읽기로 해라 이런 조언
많이 들었거든요 그래서 DL, RL도 플루언시 점수 올리려고 빠르게
말하고 해서 XX초를 안넘겼어요 근데 온라인 코스 듣고 익텐이 진짜
많이 올랐어요 거의 40에서 80으로 오른 정도!
2. 정보가 꾸준히 업데이트됨
ㄴ 전 온라인 코스 처음듣고 영상이 너무많아서 업뎃을 안하실줄 알았는데
꾸준히 영상 올라오는데 하나하나 다 도움됐어요 특히 RL, DL 예시까지 보여주시는거 정말 도움많이 됐어요
3. 단톡방이 있어서 질문이 용이함, 근데 답변도 잘 주심, 미니 피드백도 해주심.
4. 토요일 피드백이 진짜 짱짱 개인과외 수준
ㄴ RA, RS, DL, RL 스피킹부분은
혼자 연습하면서 제일 많이 들었던 생각이 이게맞나? 였어요
전 한국 토종?으로서 스피킹을 할일이 없었어요
플루언시도 발음도 이게 맞나 싶은데 앱유니도 48-50점 나오니까
스트레스가 아주 만땅이었죠 ㅠ
피드백 받으면서 (P-F), (R-L) 발음이나 자주 틀리는 발음(ment->믄, important -> t 묵음) 교정
발음이 잘 안고쳐져서 템플릿을 쓸때 자주 틀리는걸 한글로 썼어요(임포튼-important, 윗치즈-which is 이티즈-it is)또 팁 주시는게 정말 많이 도움됐어요
RA할때 발음 안되는건 그냥 손가락으로 모니터를 가리고 skipping을했어요 보이면 읽게되서 ㅠ
예를들면 DL 그래프 분석할때 저도 모르게 눈이 왔다갔다하면서 말을 했었엇쥬 ㅠ
전 그러면서 왜이리 어렵지 ㅠ하면서 문제점을 못찾았는데 피드백을 들으니까 문제점이 체감이 됐어요
어떤걸 잘못하고 있는지 바로바로 파악해주시더라고요 빅데이터 그자체..
DL 문제 계속 풀면서도 몰랐어요(창피하긴한데 monthly 두번 돌리고도 몰랐어요)
5. 인강+자료가 정말 많다, 근데 하나하나 다 도움됨
RA 발음 하나하나 다 설명해주시는 영상만 90개+ & 템플릿 자료 + R-FIB 등등등
6. 쌤이 한국+영어 둘다 native라는거

전 온라인코스 듣기전 pte gold, 앱유니, 제이슨pte 카페 이렇게 세개만 이용했는데
첨 시험보고 스피킹이 57이 나와서 ㅎㅎ돈쓰러가야지 하고 과외 1차례듣다가(1시간짜리)
실망하고(앱유니 점수 잘나오는 방법으로 알려주셨어요)
그분이 템플렛을 주는데 지미쌤 템플릿인거예요..
아 이분 짱 유명한데 이분을 찾아가야겠다 하고
트위터보다가 지미쌤을 찾았는데 첫번째 영상에 온라인코스가 필요한 사람?인가 머리띠 쓰고
뭐 설명하시는 영상있었는데 안보고 그냥 결제했죠
지금은 진짜 너무 잘했던 선택입니다
아쉬운점이 있다면 처음부터 여기로오면 1-2달은 절약했을거라는거..남들은 2-3주만에 끝내기도 하는데 ㅎㅎ..
과외하지말고 지미쌤 들으라고 하고싶은데 pte 제이슨 카페 쫒겨날까날까봐 오프라인으로 전도하겠습니다

Just one tiny thing I wish there was (really, if I had to pick) <- I asked her
- There’s no female voice for RA demo. I thought it would be nice to have one. When I practiced RA shadowing, I used your voice from the RA lectures. I followed along as you read at the start of each RA video, and I thought it’d be super helpful to have a full version read by a female voice too.
What I loved:
- You don’t give vague, hearsay-style advice—you give solid, verified info. (It made me think, “Wow… this teacher must have spent thousands on tests to figure all this out.”) Examples: The real importance of fluency in RL and DL, how many seconds you actually need for Describe Image, and how to properly adjust your mic. Without this, I probably would’ve still been stuck studying for the PTE in May.
In Jason's PTE café, I kept hearing things like: "Fluency is the most important in DL and RL,"
"Don't stutter,"
"If you're bad at RA, just pick a few easy words and read one line at a time."
So I focused on speaking fast to get high fluency scores in DL and RL... and ended up not going over the XX-second mark.
But after I started the online course, my ‘Extended’ score jumped like crazy—from around 40 to 80!
2.The content gets updated regularly.
Honestly, I thought with so many videos already there, you wouldn’t update it anymore. But you kept adding new ones, and each one was helpful.
Especially loved how you showed example answers for RL and DL—it helped so much.
3.There’s a group chat for questions—and you actually answer. Plus you give mini feedback too!
4.The Saturday feedback sessions are amazing—like private tutoring.
When I was practicing RA, RS, DL, RL on my own, the thought I had most often was,
“Am I doing this right?”
As someone who grew up entirely in Korea, I never had to speak English out loud.
I was constantly stressed about my fluency and pronunciation—like, “Is this even correct?”
Even though I got 48–50 on the AppUni test, I wasn’t confident at all.
But during the feedback sessions, you corrected my pronunciation with clear patterns like (P-F), (R-L), and pointed out common mistakes (e.g., “ment” becoming “mun”, or the silent “t” in “important”).
Since I kept getting the same words wrong, I started writing them out phonetically in Korean (like 임포튼 for “important”, 윗치즈 for “which is”, 이티즈 for “it is”).
The tips you gave helped so much.
When I couldn’t pronounce a word properly in RA, I’d just block it with my finger on the screen so I wouldn’t be tempted to read it.
For example, when analyzing graphs in DL, I’d unconsciously shift my eyes back and forth while speaking.
At the time, I just thought, “Ugh, why is this so hard?” and couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong—
But after your feedback, I really felt what the problem was.
You pointed it out right away. It’s like you’re powered by big data or something…
Even after solving tons of DL questions, I hadn’t realized the issue. (Kind of embarrassing, but I didn’t even notice while I did the Monthly prediction twice…)
5.The course materials are so extensive—but every bit of it is useful.
Just for RA pronunciation alone, there are like 90+ videos explaining everything.
Then you’ve got templates, R-FIB content, and so much more.
6.You’re a native in both Korean and English.
Your video on pronunciations that Koreans typically mess up—absolute gold.
Just a little extra note:
Before I found your online course, I used PTE Gold, AppUni, and Jason PTE Café.
After my first test, my speaking score was 57… so I thought, “Guess it’s time to spend money,” and took a private tutoring session (just one hour).
But I was disappointed—it was just about how to get good AppUni scores.
That tutor gave me a template… and it turned out to be YOUR template.
That’s when I realized, “Oh, this person is famous—I should go straight to the source.”
I found your Twitter and saw a video where you were wearing a headband, talking about who should take the online course.
I didn’t even watch it. I just signed up right away.
Honestly, that was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
If there’s anything I regret, it’s that I didn’t find you sooner.
Could’ve saved 1–2 months—other people finish this in 2–3 weeks!
I want to tell everyone to skip tutoring and just take Jimmy’s course… but I’m scared I’ll get kicked out of Jason Café LOL

"Each 76/ OA76을 받아야 하는데, 5월 구독을 시작했을때는 익텐 스피킹이 특히 안 나와서 스피킹 먼저 온라인 피드백 2번 받고 스피킹 점수가 안정적으로 나오니까
이제 다른 모든 과목의 점수를 끌어 올려야 하기 때문에 마지막으로 6월 25일에 온라인 피드백 받고 7월부터는 혼자 냅다 공부 했의요. 어차피 남은거는 제가 실력을 쌓고 시험장에서 실수를 줄이는것 이라고 생각해서요.
7월부터는 공부가 어느정도 되었다 싶어서 점수 나올때 까지 시험 보려고 성적 나오면 접수., 또 성적 나오면 재접수 해서 결국 목표 성적 받았습니다.
앱유니 먼쓸리 FIB-RW, FIB-R 빈칸만 보면 정답적을수 있을 정도로 공부하고 FIB-L은 앱유니 먼쓸리, FF 3번 이상 오타없이 적을 정도로 연습 한것 같아요.
실력이 부족하니 기출 많이 타서 리딩 점수 잘 받을 수 있을때 까지 하려고 했거든요..
SWT, SST, WE모두 지미쌤 템플릿 사용했고 DI, RL는 샘 템플릿에서 and also I can get 썼어요.( 거의 40초 다 채웠어요 키워드 다다다 말하지 못하니 also I can get 다음 키워드 3개, also O can get 다음 키워드 3개..이런식으로 하니 20초 이내로는 절대 안 끝나더라구요 ㅠ)
RA는 피드백 받을때 한줄 읽기 추천 해주셨는데 FIB-R지문을 소리내어 읽는 연습하다보니 전체지문 읽는것도 부담 없어져서 7월6일 까지는 한줄 읽기, 7월 15일이랑 19일은 전체 다 읽고 잘 안 읽히는 단어 한두개 정도 스킵 했습니다.
선생님 강의 2달동안 들으면서 이시험이 도대체 열심히만 한다고 되는건가..기출에 없는 리딩나오면 정답도 모르겠고 내가 잘 쳤는지 못 쳤는지 점수 나올때까지 알수도 없어 답답했는데
같이 공부하는 단톡에서 다른분들이랑 대화하면서 힘도 많이 났고 선생님이 사소한 질문도 잘 대답해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.

I'm ****, a student who subscribed to the online course from May to June 2024.
I needed to get an Each 76/Overall 76, but when I started subscribing in May, I didn't get a good Extended speaking score, so I got 2 online feedback first from you and my speaking score stabilized.
Now that I had to increase my score in all other sections, I finally received online feedback on June 25th and studied alone since July. I think what was left for me was to build up my skills and reduce mistakes in the examination room.
I thought I was ready in July, so I was going to take the test until my score come out. When my score came out, I re-booked again and eventually got my target score.
I think I studied FIB-RW, FIB-R until I was confident with all of APEUNI questions, and I practiced all FIB-L questions 3 cycles/rotations until I made no mistakes.
Since I was not good enough, I was going to do it until I got lucky with the prediction questions.
SWT, SST, and WE I all used Jimmy's template, and in DI and RL, I used "and also I can get" for buffer sentence. (I spoke for almost 40 seconds. I couldn't read all the keywords, so I read 3 keywords after "also I can get" and 3 keywords after "also I can get.." which made it easy to speak for more than 20 seconds when I do it like this)
You recommended in RA to do 1-line Strategy when I received feedback, but as I practiced reading out loud FIB-R questions, it was no longer difficult to read the entire passage, so I did 1-line strategy until July 6th, but read the entire passage & skipped one or two words that I couldn't read well on July 15th and 19th.
After listening to the your lectures for 2 months, I wasn't sure if effort by itself was enough to get Each 76 and I wasn't sure whether I did well or not in the exam until the score came out.
But talking to others in the group chat gave me a lot of strength, and I was so grateful that you answered even the smallest questions.

Thanks to Jimmy, I was able to improve my scores in all sections and achieve my target score within a month!! (took 63 in Dec 2023 and 79 in Jan 2024) The PTE analysis was fantastic. Jimmy provided advice based on the mock test results, helping me identify my weaknesses, strengths, and key points for each question, making it much easier to study. I've struggled with reading, the explanations provided in the online course for each question were incredibly helpful! Since my weaknesses weren't clearly stated in the actual score report, it was hard for me to know what I needed to work on, but for anyone struggling to score, I highly recommend trying PTE analysis! You can find where you need to improve. At least for me, it really made a difference!
Also, in my last PTE exam, all 3 WFD came from prediction questions, and for RW FIB, one question came from the online course. Even in my previous PTE exam, all WFD questions came from prediction, so I highly recommend Jimmy's WFD predictions too!
Lastly, the fact that you're able to read my review means you've found a fantastic PTE teacher. So if you're struggling with the PTE, I suggest giving PTE analysis a try!
